Amazing Hospitality

During our stay at Hotel Subash International, we experienced amazing hospitality from the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was convenient for exploring the market. We were impressed by their prompt assistance when we needed help with transportation to the hospital. The hotel car service and the caring nature of the driver, Mr. Ashok, made a big difference during a difficult time. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable rooms.

Wonderful local attractions like Shalimar Park were not far from the hotel. It met expectations and we can't wait to come back👌

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room provided to us was big, clean and had all the facilities we needed. The hotel's location is excellent, as it is near the main market, pre-paid taxi stand, and the bus and taxi stand making it accessible to transportation services. Furthermore, the front desk staff were very helpful even at an early morning hour. They provided us with efficient cab service for our airport drop.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is located in the main market area giving easy access to shops and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with clean bathrooms and running hot water. the staff is courteous and goes out of their way to assist guests. the breakfast options are good and the hotel also has an in-house restaurant with affordable prices.

The hotel's reception area needs renovation and the Wi-Fi is only accessible in that area.

The view of the mountains was pleasant and the location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. the tea and breakfast were enjoyable.

The worn-out wooden flooring in the room was disappointing and the bathroom lacked a foot mat, causing safety concerns. the toiletries were of poor quality and the water supply was unreliable.

During my recent New Year's stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms and the courteousness of the staff. The location was also key, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the in-house massage room, which was a wonderful way to relax after a day of trekking.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the lack of airport transfer services. While auto rickshaws are available outside, having a transportation service provided by the hotel would have been more convenient.
